  1. Rana says:

Sariska Tiger Reserve remains open from 1st October to 30th June for all seven days of the week. The only time when it is partially closed is 1st July to 30th September. During this period the National Park remains open on Tuesday’s and Saturday’s on advance booking. It is not about any season to visit tigers in the national Park. Sariska held a reputation in terms of sighting Tigers but recently I heard that all the tigers had vanished, so really not sure. If you are planning to go post-pre-during monsoon season the National Park will always have something for you in its Safari. Yes it is absolutely safe to visit along with family. 🙂

Sariska National Park in Rajasthan, India is especially known for its population of Tigers and the best time to visit the Sariska wildlife sanctuary is perhaps during the months of October through June. It is home to wild animals like the Leopard, Hyena, Wild Dog, Jackal, Jungle Cat, Bengal Fox, Common Palm Civet, Indian Hare, Ratel, Indian Grey Mongoose, Northern Palm Squirrel and the Tiger.
