Leisure Trip to Delhi – Agra- Jaipur – Jodhpur

Hi Guys,

Planning a trip in early March in time to celebrate Delhi, will be in Delhi then would like to head to Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur and maybe Jaisalmer depending on the time.

What I want to know is how quickly I can do see everything that is worth seeing in each city before moving on to the next destination. Also what all sights should I see and which ones should I skip? Are there any cities I should consider visiting around these places?

In my views you can plan your trip in following manner

    Day 1 Delhi
    Day 2 Delhi
(Qutub Minar, Red Fort, Humayun Tomb, Jama Masjid, Nizamuddin Dargah, Delhi Haat, Chandani Chowk)
    Day 3 Delhi – Agra
    (Taj Mahal & Red fort)
    Day 4 Agra – Jaipur
    Day 5 Jaipur
(Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, City Fort, Amber Fort, Nahargarh Jaigarh Fort)
    Day 6 Jaipur – Pushkar
    (Lake and City)
Day 7 Pushkar – Udaipur (recommended, must do place and also it make sense to stop en route for Pushkar Jodhpur drive becomes too long)
    Day 8 Udaipur
(City tour & Palace, Elklingi Nagda temples, Ranakpur, boat ride)
    Day 9 Udaipur – Jodhpur
    (Fort and Jaswant Thada)
    Day 10 Jodhpur – Jaisalmer
    Day 11 Jaisalmer
    (sand dunes and city)
Day 12 Jaisalmer – Delhi (DLI JSM night train)

Sightseeing depends on the type of places that interests you, however I have marked some general places of interest.

    Have a nice trip…Enjoy
